Destiny is one subject that no individual no matter how spiritual or the least of it could give a convincing note or benediction of judgement.
Neither history or mathematics has it in its constituency of explanation for most times if not all the times, destiny will remain an unfinished business.
As it is in this context, destiny is here to agitate, aggravate or accelerate us into the realisation of the purpose of our being. Why do we exist the way or ways we are and who authorises such an existence?
The conclusion is likely God is, because our everliving God is the Author and Finisher of every living being in creation. This makes one subscribe to the Rosicrucian approach when looking at God’s hands in the continuum of being as “The Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End, therefore the Beginning.”
Man will ever continue to extrapolate the beginning of his or her being so also the conjectures, connections and disconnects in the purpose or the why of being.
I know a number of our self appointed, economy ordained lords spiritual, of course, of also a temporal nature and their lambs both sane and gullible would lay claim that destiny is one of the mysteries of life one needs not bother to poke the nose into.
I agree that our noses, no matter how long and broad, or the eyes no matter how sharp to pick the tiniest of things, are no gadgets to decipher or unveil the innumerable mysteries around us but am I not free to ask what roles does human mind play in the story of being and the destiny of humankind?
Believing or not believing is surely not the destiny itself but may I say the level at which the human mind courses through unraveling the role of” Self,” the mind as an attribute of being may to a great extent helps too to determine who we are, what we are, when we are, why we are and how we are what we take and determine ourself to be.
Note that no amount of sermon or flowing of anointing from any personages would best better make our so called destiny than the role we individually or collectively keyed into in the story of our being.
As I was watching the videos of Michel de Nostradamus and the Bermuda Triangle, my mind started navigating on the richness and expanse to which even the human mind can go to determine what conclusions are raised concerning destiny.
Noting also that the advancement in science and technology, in works of art and humanity have directly and /or indirectly helped man to solve a lot of riddles and miseries which in time past were regarded mystery and destiny.
The question always is where do we as individual(s) and group, as nations and humanity direct our minds, thoughts and conducts that bring about effects which ultimate as destiny?
How pure or impure do we approach the raging issues of our lives in times past, present and future that usher us anchoring us somewhere and someday as something, destiny or the none of it?
“Look into your mind and heart “says Ujwirri a Muslim Mystic and you will find your God revealed. Not in our “Stars” but in ourselves we are underlings especially here in this part of the world where every self generated mishap and thriving ignorance is taken as the possession that should possess us possessors of Destiny.
By the way who logs in corruption, religious barbarism, tribal jingoism and abject poverty and Ignorance as the destiny for us to always upload and download? Think About It.
I concur that if destiny does exist, one can also download the best of its portion for one to be the architect of one’s fate and master of one’s destiny.Or is it God that ordained one to be a president,, governor, senator, honourable, a ruler that rules but ruins the fortunes of his people? An armed robber that robs and kills, a judge that judges brutally and mercilessly? Think about it.
Is it destiny that makes many of our prophets, religious leaders to be partaking in false prophesies and thus creating religious, tribal and political enmity which are now daily engulfing Nigeria into inferno? Think about it.
The Rosicrucian aptly advice that in this our earthly life: “The Noblest Employment of the Mind of Man is in The Study of the Works of his CREATOR.”
With this, one shall greatly appreciate God, the Creator, man the creature and all there is in creation to benefit from and step on as stood for rising to lofty heights. For unraveling whatever is taken, you take and I regard as “Destiny”.
By the way what are you destined by God or by your free will to be? Peace maker, bandit, kidnapper,ruthless herder, false and devilish religious, political and traditional ruler(s)?
