The Governing Council, Leadership, and entire members of the Institute of Leadership, Coaching and Strategy (ILCS), have extended their warmest congratulations to Senator Sharafadeen Abiodun Alli on the occasion of his recent conferment of the prestigious Rotary award of Paul Haris Fellow (PHF) Benefactor by the Rotary Club of Ibadan.
