Efunsade Onifade, an African-American researcher and a devotee of the Osun River Goddess has said the infallibility of the African traditional religion is explained in it’s central role in relation to all other religions across the world.
Onifade, one of hundreds of international participants in the 2022 edition of the cultural and religious festival, said she counted herself lucky to be alive and participate at the ever.
A Post Doctoral Degree Student on African Religion, she said she didn’t only come for participation, but to also inspire young female devotees and worshippers to attain self-discovery and personal successes.
According to her, “Something more evidential in one’s belief is the Character and Personal Successes of that individual. Now, success could be interpreted into many things. But just make sure you embody success in whatever you do. And you can only achieve this when you discover the true passion, talents and skills that you have and explore them legitimately.
“And these are part of the fine attributes you can find in our Mother, Yeye Osun. She is an embodiment of love, friendship, and compassion. She reoresents that enviable personality that we must all strive to attain,” she explained.
